Solution:
Need to copy the license to C:\Program Files (x86)\PCMtuner Flash folder.
There is 4 things that cause the activation file not to work.
1. If the user alters the file name of the license in any way shape or form it won't work so the file name must be kept in exactly the same format and text as the user receives it in
2. The user needs to check that there is no spaces no number at all between or after the word tuner in the file name, license need to same as (follow picture attached)
3. User Make sure do not copy and paste the file into the installation directory of pcm flash the file must be actually dragged and fully moved into there not copied and pasted
4 please set up the license file default open with pcmtuner flash.
If still not working doing above (ask for activation over and over again) after copying the license, delete current pcmtuner program, download and install PCM Suite on tuner-box.com

Solution:
Never update PCMFlash!!! PCMflash software is 1.2.0. V1.2.7 is the version of PCMTuner flash program
Delete this version, download and install pcmtuner flash setup.exe here
Press No if it ask to update pcmflash 1.2.7 on server.

I’m a pcmtuner user and ever since i downloaded the new version 1.2.7 the pcm tuner flesh won’t start. I tried running it as admin and it won’t open. any advice?

I tried the installation of pcmtuner flash 1.2.7, I am stuck on this error, I do not use a virtual machine antivirus protection and firewall disabled. It is a Lenovo G50 portable PC. with windows 10pro 21H2. Anyone has an idea?!

Some tablets like surface pro actually are Virtual windows. Try disable virtualisation in Bios setting.
