PCMTuner 'Device Not Found' Solution

Question:
I have a problem with pcmtuner. It says device not found, how can i resolve it??

Solution:
Need connect the power supply to the device.
1. Check if your pcmtuner hardware is powered by 12V.
Connect 12V power supply to pcmtuner box or OBD connect to car.

2. Check if the driver is installed.
If the computer does not find drivers, please reinstall with antivirus/reatime protect off and make sure scanmatik driver is installed

3. Try a different USB cable if you are sure you have installed drivers and have 12v power.

4. If still not working, restart PC, Restart PCM unit, try reinstall drivers and test again.
