FoxFlash "Unable to Connect Server" on Win7 Solution

I failed to run FoxFlash Manager on win7 64bit, it says unable to connect server.

2 Solutions:

1.

Check Windows data time sync it off.

Make sure net framework is installed.

Download Win7 patch 
Download Win7 system patch to fix it. 

2. Install software on Win10 64bit system.
