Fix "VCRUNTIME140.dll Not Found" Error in Foxflash Software

Problem:

Failed to install foxflash software 1.4.3. It reported an error “The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found.”

Struggling to get past this point.

Solution:

Install vc redistributable x64.

It should be fine.
